For the reasons stated in the applications, MA 628 of 2023 and IA 15185 of 2023 are allowed and the Appeal is restored to its original number subject to Appellant’s paying costs of ₹20,000/-. Costs be deposited in the Consumer Legal Aid Account within four weeks.
List the matter on 04.03.2024.
Notice be issued to the Respondents.
