Facts:

The case is an appeal filed by Appellants Surendra Singh and Ramandeep Kaur against Respondents M/s Multitech Towers Pvt. Ltd. and S. Tarninderjit Singh. The Appellants reside at House No. 58C, Tower C, Multitech Towers, Sector 91, S.A.S Nagar, Mohali, Punjab. The 1st Respondent is M/s Multitech Towers Pvt. Ltd., located at SCO No. 139-141, Sector 17C, Chandigarh. The 2nd Respondent is S. Tarninderjit Singh, also located at the same address as the 1st Respondent. The appeal arises out of Consumer Case No. FA/436/2021.
