ABOUT LATE SHRI R.K. PANDEY
Late Shri Ram Kishore Pandey, was born on 22.08.1919 in the house of Late Shri Ganesh Prasad Pandey and Late Smt. Kanchan Devi Pandey who lived in Juna Bilaspur, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Late Shri Ganesh Prasad Pandey was Chairman in the Local Board in Bilaspur (C.G.) during the British Rule. Late Shri Ram Kishore Pandey got primary education in the Government School Bilaspur and thereafter for graduation and LL.B. went to Nagpur which was the then Capital of Central Provinces.
Late Shri Ram Kishore Pandey (R. K. Pandey) after completing LL.B. started legal practice at Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh in the year 1942 and thereafter to practice in High Court, he shifted to Nagpur in the year 1952. When new State of Madhya Pradesh was constituted on 1st of November 1956 and High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur exercising jurisdiction over the State of Chhattisgarh was notified, Late Shri Ram Kishore Pandey shifted to Jabalpur with the new High Court of New Madhya Pradesh. He Became the President of Bharat Sewak Samaj, Jabalpur from 1956 to 1960, a national development agency sponsored by Planning Commission of India, Government of India to ensure public co-operation for implementing government plan.
In the year 1962, he was elected as Honorary Secretary to State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and thereafter he became Chairman to the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1969 and continued to be the Chairman until 1976 and later devoted his energy and framed Rules of Procedure to be followed for transacting the business of the Council with the assistance of late Shankerlal Dubey. Shri R. K. Pandey in the year 1970 was appointed as the Member to the Madhya Pradesh State Law Commission and he continued to be the Member of Madhya Pradesh State Law Commission until 1976. From 1974 to 1976 he was appointed to the post of Vice President, Legal Aid Board of Madhya Pradesh and in the year 1981 he was notified as Senior Advocate for the State of Madhya Pradesh and Supreme Court by the Madhya Pradesh High Court. He was also the author for many books which included All Local Acts of Madhya Pradesh (in XII Volumes), Land Tenure in Madhya Pradesh and Cooperatives in Madhya Pradesh. After formation of Chhattisgarh in the year 2000, he returned to Bilaspur and he Passed away on 21.12.2001.

To give exposure to students pursuing the law course to the environment of the court system in India and to hone their advocacy skills and to provide a real-life experience cum training in doing cutting edge research, presenting ground breaking arguments and contributing to the development of jurisprudence in concerned areas of law, Dream Law is organizing jointly with Deadly Law and in association with Kalyan Law College, Bhilai & Chamber of R.K. Pandey & Sons and our Media partners Desi Kanoon and Kam Bhari Cell and Knowledge partner Memo Pundits and Rostrum Legal.
TEAM COMPOSITION AND ELIGIBILITY
1) A team shall comprise of minimum of 2 members and maximum of 3 members. In case of a 3 member team , 2 members shall be speaker and one member shall be researcher . In case of a 2 member team, both members shall be speakers.
2) Only bonafide students of a 5 Year Law course or 3 Year Law course are allowed to register.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1) The last date of registration is 15th July 2021, 11:59:59 PM. The teams must register online by 9th July, 2021. 2) The registration fee is ‘ Rupees 1000 Per Team only ’.
2) The registration shall be done by filling up the registration form (Google Form ) available below.
3) The registration shall be considered complete only when the ‘Registration Fee’ has been paid successfully and the registration form is duly filled with all the credentials.
4) The participants will receive an official approval mail from organising committee within 48 hours of their registration.
5) The organizing committee shall communicate the unique team codes to each team through mail which shall be quoted by the teams for further communications with the organising committee.
6) Registration fee once paid is non-refundable.
