The review application under section 60 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 has been filed by the petitioner to admit the present review petition and modify the final order and judgment dated 13.04.2023 passed by this Commission in Revision Petition no. 3306 of
2012.
2. The review application has been considered. No error apparent on the face of the record is seen. No reason warranting review of the order therefore, exists.
3. Review application no.417 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed.
