Facts:

This is an order passed in I.A. No. 543/2022 in Appeal No. 1/2011, between Jayantilal Lunkad (in the matter of M/s Meeti Developers Pvt. Ltd.) as the Applicant/Appellant and Dena Bank & Ors. as the Respondents.

Order:

The Appellant’s counsel sought further time to substitute the first Respondent bank. No reply was filed within three weeks, as directed, to I.A. No. 543/2022, which was an application filed by an intervener. The Tribunal assumed that there was no objection forthcoming and allowed I.A. No. 543/2022. The intervener was directed to be impleaded as an additional Respondent in the appeal, as per prayer (A). The necessary amendment for impleading the intervener was to be carried out. The other reliefs sought by the intervener were to be determined in the Appeal in accordance with the pleadings taken. The matter was posted for compliance on 17.02.2023.
